Breaking Ground

We've been so busy for the past 3 weeks that the blog has been woefully ignored. Lots of exciting events have occurred including the fact we broke ground for foundation! 

We actually had our pre-construction meeting on Sept. 11 and met our PM, Ryan and Sam. We went over the estimated timeline, re-confirmed our selections, and made some minor changes. They were thorough and very open to questions. It was a fairly quick and efficient meeting. 

We made some minor changes including adding an extra outlet in the bigger walk in closet (so a dressing table/vanity can be added to do makeup and hair) and removed the upper wall cabinet in the laundry room (so we can add hanging racks instead). 

Now to the fun stuff, footing foundations were done last Thursday and here are some pics.
