The Roof...the roof..the roof is on (End of Week 8)

So much progress has been since the last post. As you can see by my cheesy title, our roof was installed the end of last week and this past week shingles will be installed.

In addition to the completion of the roof installation, inspection for the strapping, foundation bolts, soundmat, and gypcrete will be conducted this week. Once the inspector signs-off, the trades will start (HVAC, plumbing, wiring). With that said, we also got our pre-drywall inspection scheduled for Dec. 1. We're very excited and so far it looks like we're still on schedule to move in the middle winter (Feb).
